Special Needs

At Christ Place, we believe every person is created in the image of God and deserves a place to belong, grow, and experience the love of Jesus. Our Special Needs Ministry provides a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals with special needs can participate in church alongside their peers. Through trained volunteers, intentional accommodations, and a Buddy Ministry, we provide personalized support to help each individual engage in worship, Bible teaching, and community in a way that is meaningful for them. Our goal is to partner with families by creating a safe, inclusive environment where every person feels known, valued, and loved.

Respite Care at Christ Place is a safe and welcoming gathering designed for children, teens, and adults with special needs. While your loved one enjoys a fun and engaging evening with our team, parents and caregivers have the opportunity to rest, recharge, and take time for themselves knowing their family member is being cared for with excellence and compassion.

 Sonshine at Night is an annual prom celebration created especially for adults with special needs in our community. This unforgettable evening is filled with joy, friendship, dancing, and meaningful moments as we celebrate each guest and remind them that they are deeply valued, loved, and created in the image of God.
