ready to register?
Registration for Deeper Camp 2027 is easy! First, complete the registration link and include your rooming requests. Immediately following registration, complete the Medical/Consent & Release Form to provide important medical information in case of an emergency. Lastly, sign and return the Rules Sheet outlining Deeper Camp/Rock Eagle 4-H policies. Once all three steps are completed, you’re officially registered and ready for Deeper Camp 2027!

Where is Deeper Camp?

Who is Deeper Camp for?
Camp is for students who have completed 6th-12th grade.
How much does Deeper Camp cost?
Camp costs $450 per student. This covers costs of housing, transportation, and meals for the entire week of camp. It also helps fund all activities and supplies for camp. We never want finances to be a reason a student does not attend camp. If you have questions about financial assistance, please email us at camp@christplace.com.

What if my student has food allergies?
Rock Eagle has allergy friendly meal options. Should your student need a meal accommodation we have alternative options for them! Please let us know on your child’s registration or email camp@christplace.com to confirm students need for an alternative meal.
Medical
What if my student is injured or gets sick?
We will have a registered nurse and a medical director at camp with us. Should a student be injured or need medication, they will be equipped to handle the situation. In the case that a student needs greater medical assistance, we ensure that each student has provided medical information and has signed a consent and release form to allow us to take them to an appropriate treatment facility.
How will I know if my student is taking their medication?
Our medical director will log and track when students require medications and administer them accordingly. Should a student not report for their medication time, the medical director will find them and assure they take their proper medications.
Safety/housing
Are my students supervised?
Each small group of students will have at least 2 leaders per group. All camp leaders are Christ Place members who have held membership for at least 6 months OR have provided at least 3 proper references. ALL leaders have completed and passed a background check and have completed a training that equips them to be amazing leaders.
What should my student bring?
- Bible and Pen
- Athletic clothing (See Dress Code)
- Dark clothing for Late Night
- Flashlight for Late Night
- Money for Snack Shop
- Nice clothes for evening session (See Dress Code)
- Flip flops or water shoes
- Extra towels (for pool)
- Toiletries and personal hygiene items (shampoo, body wash, deodorant, etc)
- Bug Spray
- Sun screen
- Swimsuit (See Dress Code)
- Towels and washcloths for shower
